Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are usually dispatched the next working day after payment is received. During busier periods, this may take 2–3 working days. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or bank holidays.

UK Shipping We ship within the UK only. Shipping is a flat rate of £3.99, or free on orders over £60.

International Shipping We currently ship to the UK only. If you'd like to be notified when international shipping becomes available, please contact us.

Tracking Where available, tracking information will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at Thecrookedmoon@outlook.com with your order number and we'll look into it for you.
