Returns & Refunds Policy
At The Crooked Moon, we take great care in handpicking every mystery bundle and curio. Because all of our products are mystery items selected at random, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds based on the contents of your order — this is part of the mystery experience!
However, we want every customer to be happy, so please do get in touch if:
- Your item arrives damaged or broken
- Your order is lost in the post
- You receive an incorrect number of items
In these cases, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at Thecrookedmoon@outlook.com with your order number and a photo where applicable, and we'll do our best to make it right.
Please note:
- We do not accept returns on opened mystery bundles
- Colours, styles and contents will vary from any images shown
- Items are suitable for teens and adults only — not suitable for young children due to small parts
